This series of products are electric explosion-proof vacuum cleaners, which are suitable for zone 21 and zone 22 with explosive dust environment. They are used to clean up and recover explosive dust. They are widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, military, chemical pharmaceutical, food, 3D printing and other industries. It is suitable for long time continuous operation in heavy industrial environment.
- Explosion-proof side channel blower - able to work continuously 24/7 with reliable and silent performance
- Explosion-proof electrical box, static conductive filters, static clip, static conductive chain, electrostatic wheels - ensure
overall security of the whole machine.
- Two HEPA cartridge filters – great filtration efficiency at 0.3um.
- Patented filter cleaning technology (patent No.: ZL 2018 20338995.6) – No need to shut down the machine and block the inlet.
- Built-in cyclone separator – protect the filters from sharp materials and particulates
- Stainless steel upper and lower barrels - durable, static conductive, smooth and easy to clean.
- Pressure relief valve – prevent the motor from excessive overload.
- Big rollout container with castors and handles for convenient material disposal.
