Powerful Chassis and Engine
It adopts the Tianjin DFH1180EX8 truck chassis modification produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., which has strong power and strong carrying capacity. This chassis is currently the most advanced and reliable commercial vehicle chassis that meets the National VI emission standards in China.
The engine adopts Cummins D6.7NS6B 230 diesel engine with a rated power of 169kW and a rated speed of 2300r/min. The emissions meet the National Sixth Standard.
Sweeping Brooms + Central Vacuum
The cleaning device with vacuum covers is equipped with the middle nozzle and the vacuum gas delivery system, which can remove dust, sand, and various common garbage of the road.
Powerful Air Filter
This truck has 10 conical cartridges, filtration area ≥90 square meters, large filtration area, better suction effect.
There is a pulse solenoid valve corresponding to the top of each filter cartridge, which can effectively reduce the clogging of the filter cartridge by dust and improve the operation effect.
Dry-Wet Mode
The air duct of the garbage container is provided with a switchable damper, which can realize the dry dust removal of the vehicle on sunny days and the cleaning operation on rainy days.
It can work regardless of sunny, rainy or winter, realizing all-weather operation.
CAN Bus Control
The vehicle adopts integrated modular CAN bus control mode. The panel has the functions of fault diagnosis, digital test, auxiliary engine speed, water temperature, operating conditions and other real-time display and monitoring functions. The job status is clear at a glance, and the maintenance is convenient.
Rear-view Camera
The vehicle is equipped with a color video rear view system. Cameras are installed on the rear and right side of the vehicle, and color displays are installed in the cab. During operation, you can check and monitor the cleaning effect in the cab. You can navigate when reversing to prevent rear-end collision.
