Warranty

We provide one year warranty from the date you receive the machine. We promise we give test the 

machine carefully and make sure provide perfect machine to you. But we can not  guarantee it is still

 perfect when you receive it from a long distance and time shipment by sea. If any problem happened, 

you can contact us at the first time. 

Freight Policy

We can accept EXW, FOB terms which means you can use your own shipping agent. We can also find

shipping agent for you to do CIF terms and we pay freight for you.

Technical Training

We provides free technical & service training to the technical & sales staff of distributors for the related

products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail, Skype as requested by the distributors.
