Product Description
-ECO-DYE HT Jet Fabric Dyeing Machines are specially designed to dye cotton, viscose or blends sensitive to friction in the best way possible. It can be produced in high and variable capacities.
-Technical Specifications of HT HP Jet Fabric Dyeing Machines:

-Max. Fabric Speed : 450 m/min
-Max. Working Temperature : 140 C°
-Max. Working Pressure : 4 Bar
-Test Pressure : 6 Bar
-Main Body: Machine body sheet will be used in a single piece of AISI 316 L quality 5 mm sheet, and curved sheet will be used from
-AISI 316 L 6 mm sheet. The machines will be manufactured as estimated capacity, on the machine there will be a platform and an external reel unit. Fabric loading and unloading operations will be carried out with the safety and clawed covers in the front of the machine. There will be interior lighting glasses at suitable places on the machine.
Internal reel and nozzle system: There will be changeable nozzle in the machine. Opening of cover at temperatures above 80 C° and under pressure will be prevented by safety systems.
-There will be fabric interlocking switches in the interior reels. The switches will automatically stop the machine and give an alarm when the fabric is stuck. Against fabric snagging, the inner
reels can work in the reverse direction. The sealing of the inner reel shafts will be made with a mechanical seal. There will be irrigation system for mechanical seals.
-Nozzle System: The machine will have standard diameter nozzles that can be changeable according to the fabric weight and feature.
-Manometers showing the nozzle pressures are available on the machine.
-Fabric movement system: Fabric movement will be provided by means of nozzles and inner reel.
Internal body design: The bases of the machine are made of a special form and mounted with a teflon plate to ensure comfortable movement of the fabric. There is a washing and sprinkler system inside the machine to ensure heat homogeneity and to wash the machine in color changes.
-Pump System: The pumps of the machines are highly efficient AISI 316 quality centrifugal pumps.
-Heating System: Heating / cooling is provided by a highly efficient exchanger system. There will be a FLANGE connection between the heat exchanger and the connected installation.
-Heat exchanger pipes will be seamlessly drawn. Heating and cooling process are proportionally controlled.
-Discharge System: There are two discharge valves on the machine. Cold and hot discharge for heat recovery can be done with the program or automatically. There is automatic safety to prevent discharge over 80 ° C and under pressure.
-Water Inflow System: There are two water inflow valves on the machine. Cold and hot water lines are connected directly and controlled by the program.
-Dye Tank and Dosing System: It will consist of one dosing tank. Tanks have a mixer for dissolving and mixing dye. There will be a heating system in tank.
-Safety System: The machine is protected mechanically and electromechanically against excessive pressure increase. -------With mechanical safety spring safety valve; Electromechanical safety is provided by a pressure switch. In addition, it is automatically secured that the connection and discharge valves above 80 ° C do not open.
-Cover System: All cover locking systems on the machine are based on flanged quick locking. There is a mechanical locking safety to prevent the cover from opening under pressure. Cover opening and closing will be done manually.
-Panel: The machine panel electrical and pneumatic control system will have a fully automatic operating system and an ENMOS programmer will be used.
-Machine main pump and inner reel motors will be inverter controlled. The pneumatic group will be located separately from the electrical group and in the same panel.
