* The silo is mainly composed of the silo body, rotating plate, lifting mechanism, induction detection, PLC control unit, etc. The silo body is composed of aluminum alloy upper and lower panels and aluminum profiles.
* The rotating disc is driven by a servo motor and a precision RV reducer to achieve rotation, stable operation and accurate positioning.
* Lifting and descending mechanisms are respectively driven by a servo motor T type screw structure slide, grasping and placing the lifting of the station, with induction detection components, through PLC programming control, so that each product to reach the same height position, facilitate the robot and other automation equipment grasping the workpiece.
* The equipment can be switched between manual mode and automatic mode, the manual mode can rotate one station by one, manual lifting station, easy to debug and unloading workpiece.
* Automatic mode to complete the automatic rotation, lifting station, with robots and other automation equipment to achieve continuous feeding, when the raw products on the plate finished processing, automatic suspension, to prevent the processed products repeated processing.
