2. Q:What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ required for standard items. OEM order MOQ is 1000pcs.
3. Q:Can you send free samples?
A: We send out hundreds of samples out every month. I am afraid we cannot provide them free of charge. But after mass production order is placed, we can deduct the sample charge from total amount.
We must receive your sample payment and shipping cost before sending the sample to you. However, if you are our regular customer, we can send the sample to You then deduct from your account on the next transaction.
4. Q: How to make an OEM order?
A: (1). After communication, the buyer and seller reach an agreement on product details, packaging, purchase quantity, unit price, delivery terms and payment terms.
(2). The buyer sends a formal PO (purchase order) or the seller sends a formal PI (performance invoice) with detailed terms and conditions.
5. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For samples: small quantity orders or urgent orders, you can choose with PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGam, Escrow at the convenience of the buyer, 100% payment before delivery; for bulk orders: 30% of T / T as Deposit, balance before delivery.
6. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For example: usually 3-5 working days after receiving your 100% payment. For bulk orders: 15-35 working days after receiving your deposit.
