A: You are always advised the customers to choose FedEx DHL UPS TNT if your order is not so large; if your order is large, by air or by sea maybe can save a lot of shipping cost. And the shipping cost depending on the total weight of your order.

Q: How about the quality?
A: In order to get a reliable quality products, please tell and list all your product quality requirements and standard your
market requested before we produce the samples for you. Usually the sample quality is agreed by both of us. So-me items have CE, FCC and RoHs Approval, but not all. Tell us if you need a special approval in your market. We prefer to supply a reliable quality products to our customers and do not compete by a lower price immolating the quality.

Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma invoice for your order.
We need to know the following information for your order:
A. Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
B, Product information-model numbers, quantity, unit price
C. Delivery time required
D. Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
E. Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China or Hong Kong.

Q: What’s your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of Bank, T/T, West union payment or Paypal.

Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Usually 7-14days for a trial order or small order.
25-30days for a large order or container order. We will specify a delivery time before you order. If we meet difficulties during production and could not ship to them in time, we will inform you in advance and tell you the causes.

Q: What’s the warranty of your products and how about the after-sale service?
A: From 6 months to 2 years, depending on the products.We will tell you a specific warranty when you order from us.The warranty period is valid from shipment date or B/L date. Tell us by e-mail or telephone or fax in time any questions or
difficulties for help if you sale.

Q: Do you accept OEM and print our logo or company name on these package box we order from you?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM is welcome. But sometimes we will set a MOQ for OEM order.

Q: May I only buy a few pieces of your products or several samples to test?
A: Yes, you are also welcome! Usually we do not limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself and your sales.

Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area., please call your local DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT and ask a price.If you buy some samples, usually we will offer you a CIF price.
