2.Q:Where is your factory?
A: We are located in Pujiang, Zhejiang. Half an hour by car to Yiwu city, and one and a half hours by train from Shanghai.
3.Q:What kind of products do you make?
A: We mainly specialize in quilted bedspreads, bed sets, pillows and cushion covers, table runners and place mats, etc.
4.Q:How can I get the samples?
A: For regular products, sample swatches are for free. But express cost will be on clients.
5.Q: What information should be offered by clients before quotation?
A:Please kindly offer us detailed information, such as: material (fabric construction), size, color, quantity, package, etc.
It will be also very helpful if pictures, samples and artworks can be provided.
6.Q:How about product quality?
A: We have professional QC team to do the inspection in every section during production.
7.Q:How about MOQ?
A: The MOQ depends on the material, color and size of products.
8.Q:How about shipping terms?
A: It could be FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS for samples or small quantity of goods. For bulk, it could be sea shipment.
Air shipment: Fast. But expensive.
Sea shipment: Economy. But slow.
