DTF Pigment ink is a special water-based pigment ink It is mainly used for direct jet printing on cotton linen and cotton blended fabrics, such as glue screen printing and digtal printing.                     Technical datas:

PRINT:use DTF INK to print image with mirror image setting

SPREADING POWDER:sprinkle hot melt powder on the image

SHAKE POWDER:shake off the hot melt powder

DRYING:put the film in a microwave oven to dry,set temperature is 130℃,time 5-8s

TRANSFER PRINTING:the image side faces the clothe,put a release paper,set temperature is 150-160℃,time is 10s.

COLD PEEL:after cool down,peel off the film tear to complete the transfer
