Created using Hyogo Prefecture-grown Yamada Nishiki rice, the best rice for sake brewing.
Carefully brewed during the coldest months of the year according to the Akita kimoto fermentation process.

In addition, the water used in the fermentation process is sourced at the foot of Mt. Kanpu in Oga.
This spring water is a medium–hard water, which is rare in Akita, and contain large quantities of magnesium. The powerful presence that coexists in its nobility, together with the dignified, elegant aftertaste, offer a blissful drinking experience.
