FAQ

1. Can you offer free samples?

  -Yes, we can offer 1pc sample (cheaper than 5.00) FOC with shipping cost freight collect.

2. Can you make sample with our request?

 -  Of course, sample with your request is acceptable with extra charge, but it is refundable after the official order.

3. How about your MOQ for the products and do you accept small testing order?

 -  Our general MOQ is 1000 to 2000pcs/item.

   Small order is acceptable when it is in stock or on

production line.

4. Do you have your own inspection team?

 -  Yes, we have professional inspection team or we can apply the third party inspection institution such as the SGS or ITS to help us for your strict request.   

5. How about your payment terms?

-  Generally, 30% deposit in advance after order confirmed and 70% against the B/L copy.

L/C, PayPal, T/T and West union are acceptable.

6. What about the delivery and your factory production capacity?

 -   30-35days after order and all artwork confirmed and deposit received.

     50,000pcs per month for most of items.

7. Do you have any more items for reference?

 -  Yes, we have product list for most of our product, and it can be offered to you if you need.
