Foshan Tenghui Boiler Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is a company professional in design, manufacturing, installation for boiler pressure vessel, pressure piping. Foshan Tenghui Boiler Manufacturing Co.,Ltd was transformed from Foshan Boiler Manufacturing company. The area of our company is 13,000 square meters; workshop occupies 8,500 square meters and administration office covers 1,500 square meters. Our company consists of 38 technical staffs, 38 qualified welders with certificates, 15 test staffs and equips with 105 set different equipments for producing and testing.
Our Advantages
1.\tDesign and produce the waste heat recovery boiler of D/G set and gas turbine, ceramic kiln, glass furnace, cement kiln; marine boiler .Up till now we have fabricated various type waste heat boilers by more than 600 sets. The steam generating from waste heat boiler also can be served to drive steam turbine to generate electricity, lithium bromide refrigerating, industrial heat supply, etc. Besides, we can organic heat-transfer boiler as per customer’s requirements.
2. Design and produce industrial boiler: Grade B steam boiler; organic heat-transfer boiler, hot water boiler;
3.\tElectromechanical installation: design, installation, and adjustment for power plant consisting with high power diesel engine and power generator set (single capacity≥5000kw) ; design, installation and adjustment for waste heat power generating system; design, installation and adjustment for chemical tower; design and installation of pressure pipe （GB1,GB2,GC2）; Boiler installation (grade 2).
4. \tDesign pressure vessel (D1, D2), pressure pipe and heat exchange non-standard equipments;
5.\tSubcontract the international engineering project and export the boiler, pressure vessel products: power plant EPC project, waste heat power generate EPC project and other electromechanical project. So far the products fabricated by our company have been exported to Australia, Denmark, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri lanka, Maldives, Pakistan, Gambia, Chile, etc.
