We promise change new chair for customer within 24 months because of chair quality ,we will refund customer money directly or send new ones in the next order.

For all complaints from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle issue if you can provide us with photos and videos .

Sample order is allowed before big order,but sample costs2 times of the normal price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order confirmed.

1.   How to order?

Confirm me your required items No which shown from our store. And then confirm me your quantity and color you required. If you agree with our quotations, we will sign one order to your alibaba account, and then you can pay for us , and then we will arrange production and delivery

2.   How about the quality warranty?

Firstly strict QC team will have a meeting before production to check the raw material .

Secondly they will check the production details at the middle of this order production.

Thirdly QC team will confirm the packing and quantity before they leave our factory .

3.What is your leading time or delivery time?

No matter 40hq container or 20 GP container, we can deliver within 25 days.

Small orders within one container can deliver in 7-15 days depends on quantity.

4.What are the payment terms?

Big orders payment terms 30% TT in advance, 70% against copy of bill of lading or we can accept 100%L/C at sight

5.Do you need sample fee?

 Sample can be free but you should pay the delivery cost for the sample .and we will  refund the delivery fee when buyers place big order.

6.Can l mix items in one container?

Absolutely yes,also you can choose different colors.

 7.What is your MOQ?

At least 50 pieces. It depends on styles you require.

8.How can I do if I receive damaged chairs and tables?

Please take photos or videos if you find our products damaged in the container when you discharge the goods.  Free chairs or tables or compensations will be delivered in the next order after confirmations of goods damage.
