GenFQ Taq Master Mix is a 2 × concentrated solution, including Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and all other components required for PCR, except DNA template and primers. This pre-mixed formulation saves time and reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps required for PCR setting up. The mix is optimized for efficient and reproducible PCR. The protective agent added in the amplification system made 2 ×Taq Master Mix remained stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing. The 3'-end of the PCR products contain A, which can be directly cloned to a T-vector.
