Product Description
VC series is specially designed for heavy equipment clutch brake products, such as ball mill,grinding machine, ship propulsion and metal forming, oil, natural gas machinery and equipment. VC type pneumatic clutch is especially outstanding in heat dissipation, it solves the problem that the traditional clutch reduces the efficiency and shortens the life time because of the large amount of heat generated by the load starting and the continuous skidding.
The VC pneumatic clutch realizes the segmented start of the mill, starting the motor first and then starting the mill, so that the entire starting process is very stable, which can effectively reduce various production costs and improve production efficiency.
How to work
The large Torque of VC type can make it have smaller diameter, this reduces contact speed in high-speed applications, the ventilation structure allows cooling air to pass through, quickly taking away heat generated by the friction plate, Torque from the device side plate through the Torque bar to the friction plate.
