Q1:How can I know the quality before I place a order?
A :We can send you samples to check the quality, and the cost will be paid by you. However, the sample fee will be refunded after you place a large order.

Q2 : Can you design a product or put a logo on the product ?
A : Yes , we support customized services , you can make your own design or put a logo on the product ,please send your design or inqury to our email !

Q3 : Do you support sample service ?
A : Yes , we support sample service Samples may take 10 to 15days of production time , and will becharged for expressdelivery.However , samples will be retured after placing the order

Q4 : If we customize the product , when can we deliver it ?
A : The goods need to be manufactured for 25-45 days , dependingon the quantity , and can only beproduced after receiving the deposit

Q5 : About payment ?
A : Actually , 3 payment methods are preferred : T / T , But usually we chooseT / T , usually 30% deposit , and pay the balance before shipment

Q6 : Will there be a discount if we order in bulk ?
A : Yes , of course . The more you buy , the greater the discount you can get

Q7:What kind of packaging do we provide?
A :We have two kinds of package, Plastic bag and box. We generally default Plastic bag to package the shoes if customer haven't any special requirements. We also can do different way of package if you have your special package way
