Q1. Can I start a sample order for roasted coffee beans ?A: Yup, sample orders are always accepted.
Q2. When I can receive the product after placing the sample order?A:Sample needs 3-5 days to be prepared( ETA will depend on where you are/shipping times)
Q3. What's your MOQ?A: For roasted beans, MOQ is 2 pounds (2bags). For raw beans, 100kgs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods?A: For samples, we use EMS,DHL,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive the destination. Please to ensure the parcel is delivered to you at earliest convenience. And for large order, we use air or sea freight.
Q5. Can I order different beans in one sample order ?A: Yes, each type of bean will be separated in it's own bag to preserve the original flavor.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the packaging ?A: Yup. Let us know the details. And we also offer the logo design/packaging design service.
Q7. What grind should I choose for roasted beans?A: It depends on the machine you have. In general, a high pressure espresso machine would usually require a finer profile, whereas pouring over / filter coffee require a coarser setting. Kindly let us know what type of machine you have at home, and we will fine-tune the best grind for you.
Q8. When do you roast the coffee bean?A: We freshly roast our coffee beans on a weekly basis,
and the coffee you get would be within one week roasting cycle.
Q9. Should I choose the whole bean or grinded coffee?
A: We aim to grind the coffee best suitable for your coffee machine. However bear in mind that grinded coffee also tend to lose the flavors quicker. When it allows, we suggest whole beans for storage and only grind when needed.
Q10. How long could the coffee bean last?
A: The coffee bean could last as long as 6 months from the roasting date without losing more than 20% of its aroma inside the sealed bag. Make sure it is stored in a cool and dry area.
Q11. Where are the order shipped from?
A:The orders are shipped from our Hangzhou,China warehouse.Q12. What's the correlation between acidity&processing method?
A: Usually the washed process would introduce more acidity into the flavor, however it is more stable and consistent in quality control. The natural process, on the other hand, would give coffee more sweetness, but not so consistent.
Q13. When would the order to be shipped?
A: For orders placed before 3pm Mon - Fri, the order would be despatched on the same day.
Q14. Is the coffee the fresher the better?
A: Not quite. The freshly roasted coffee would contain lots of carbon dioxide, and it take some time to emit. It's suggested to leave the coffee for a while before consumption.
