--Crawler Type--

Crawler Mucking loader which uses a hydraulic motor to drive the crawler walking mechanism of the chassis, has relatively strong climbing performance and can work in wet and watery roadways. It is generally used in large and medium-sized projects. It uses a backhoe system to pick up the ore, pick up the rock into the scraper transport trough, and then use a mining cart to pull the ore away. The bucket of the crawler slag scraper can clean the working surface, its walking mechanism, and The technical content of traditional mechanisms is higher than that of wheeled ones.

--Wheel Type--

Wheel Mucking loader which relies on the load-bearing of tires, is generally more suitable for flat ground and is cost-effective. It is used in small projects. The wheel slag loader is driven by two electric motors and a diesel engine to drive the entire hydraulic system. It walks on tires, so there is no need to deal with the road, and there is no need to lay tracks, and the requirements on the road are not high.

--Chassis structure--

According to the chassis structure: we divided the mucking loader into the bridge type chassis structure and the sliding stype chassis structure .

The ZWY-60A Mucking Loader which is bridge type chassis structure, it has only one motor on the side of tire.it has stable quality and easy to maintenance and and suitable for the width of mine hole more than the 1.3m.

We also have ZWY-60L mucking loader which is the sliding stype chassis structure.The narrowest width of mucking ZWY-40 can achieve the 1.2m (excluding diesel engine).It is suitable for the place where narrow tunnels or the cornering is not convenient. such as municipal pipe jacking, small mine holes and sewers.

--Conveyor with hydraulic lift cylinder--

Hydraulic lift cylinder control the angle of belt conveyor, that is to say ,the height of the lift of bucket ,the height of the
dumper.The dumping height can be designed according to the requirements of customers.

-- Hydraulic oil tank & Cooling system--

1) The hydraulic oil tank is located in the middle of hollow aluminum mesh and electric fan,the cooling system control the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil below 70 °C, and the suitable temperature is 25 °C to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system.

2)New-style no welding hydraulic oil tank for better sealing.

-- Electricity box &Vacuum electromagnetic starter --

In coal mines or inflammable and explosive places, the electrical control box needs to be changed to a special vacuum electromagnetic starter, and the motor should be changed to an explosion-proof motor.
