Q1: I have own layout, is it possible to make it on the yoga mat?
A: Yes any of your design and brand logo can be printed on the mats, please prepare artwork in AI, PDF format.
Q2: Is it possible to get a sample? I wanna see the product and test it.
A: Sure we can provide you a sample to verify quality,
And then you can decide mass order correctly.
Q3. Can you ship the products to me in the USA? I don’t know any others in China.
A: Yes we have been cooperating with several forwarders over 5 years,they are professional and reliable. We will ship the goods to your warehouse directly, and handle custom clearance.
Q4: If I am happy with the sample, how many should I purchase in bulk? Does 100 units workable?
A: To support your business, we accept low MOQ to start with, like 30pcs, 50pcs, 100pcs are all workable. Surely it costs less if you purchase more.
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: We accept payment by TT or credit card. We also support other payment way. If you have special request, you can talk with us.
Q6: I don’t want my own print be disclosed, how can you do to ensure it?
A: We will abide by professional ethics and protect all your confidential information, including logo and design patterns.
We can sign non-disclosure agreement with you.
Q7: Does your product eco-friendly? I don’t like plastic package.
A: Yes our products are eco-friendly, certificated by SGS. We also don’t like plastic, we strongly recommend plastic free package to protect our common homeland.

A: We have professional QC department to examine the products during all the process,every lot will be examined before shipping.
Q9: If I received defective products, how can you solve it?
A: We have complete afer-sales service system, and will be responsible for any complaint.
