1.Suitable for medium or high requirement of packing capacity, The machine is made of 304 sanitary stainless steel machine body and aluminum alloy structure. It adopt high efficiency and energy saving Fuji drive system, special die seat design for easy change, Korea IS control system etc, which makes the machine user-friendly. User can easily change the die seat accordingly different packing requirement.

2.Prefect for fresh food, frozen foods, cooked foods, seafood, cheese, bakery, ready meal, fruit and vegetables, medical devices, medicines etc. This machine can seal trays/films in a variety of material such as plastic, aluminum, cardboard, foam etc.

3. The machine will pack foods under totally closed vacuum condition, thus to assure high degree of gas replacement(≥99%)

4.The machine adopt PLC and touch screen to support its control system. User can preset all parameter with its HMI, Just press start button, the machine will automatically run the procedure of film feeding-preheat-vacuum-seal-film trimming-scrap gather-finish output. It require only one worker to load trays by manual, at the end of machine all packed trays will be delivered to next packing procedure automatically.

5.This machine support many packing modes.

It is based on order quantity and machine item! For small order quantity of standard machine, we will have stock. For large quantity of standard machine and other customized machines, it needs 15-45 days. We will confirm details with customers before place order!
