We will charge double the price for the sample but will return after ordering.

For damaged and missing items, we will send a replacement after getting related details, such as photos or videos.

6. Package & Carton:

All tables are packed in KD, chairs are semi-KD(meaning the seat cushion is un-fixed). Use 5- layer K=A 210pounds export standard carton. Your shipping marks can be printed on a carton.

7. OEM is available

1) If you don’t like our color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don’t change the color.

2) Customization(OEM) is accepted ---- Our factory has the Qualified Designer Team. They can design according to your drawings or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before order. Please kindly contact our sales staff for a quotation.

3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-packaged, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.

4) For checking the quality ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have above 1000sqms showroom. Before loading, you can also send QC to checking goods. Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference. We will not load the container till you agree to load.
