USE:
1. Dosage: It is recommended that the volume dosage of imitation steel fiber is 0.3%-0.9%, that is, the dosage of each cubic eter of concrete is 3kg--9kg.
2. Length selection: 30mm-50mm for general anti-cracking reinforced concrete; 20mm-30mm for adding to shotcrete.
3. Proportion design: It is not necessary to change the grade ratio parameters of concrete for general application. You can refer to CECS38:92 of "Code for Structure and Construction of Steel Fiber Concrete". For special applications, the selection and design need to be tested. Considering that concrete will cause tiny cracks due to factors such as shrinkage, drying shrinkage and temperature changes, 1kg monofilament microfiber can be added to the concrete for better effect.
4. Mixer selection: choose a double-shaft horizontal forced mixer.
5. Feeding and stirring process: first put in crushed stone, then put in crack-resisting rib, then put in sand, stir to make the crack-resisting rib fully dispersed, and then put in cement and water to mix evenly according to the conventional process.
