Since its development, the company has become a leader and is well known in the field of auto-parts and motorcycle-parts packaging industry. We have partnership with Toyota, Honda, and Yamaha etc. With over 15 years of ODM / OEM / OBM manufacturing experience, the company has built up multiple mature production lines and a quality control system not only for auto-parts and motorcycle-parts packaging but also for other different type of products to achieve high productivity and high efficiency. Our company’s management system has been certified by ISO9001. The number of employees is more than 130, including 15 experienced professional engineers and more than 20 experienced professional technicians. From 2006 to nowadays, we own over 15 patents of our products. Our company covers an area of 21000 square meters and a factory area of nearly 13000 square meters. We have hundreds of automatic and semi-automatic hardware forming, hardware pressing/ punching and robotic welding equipment to ensure outputting stable productivity and high-quality products. More than that, we also have a full-automatic spraying and powder coating production line that can produce hundreds of containers/other products per day and two special baking ovens mainly used in making super large containers/other large products. For raw materials, our company has direct and indirect supply contracts with some of the biggest steel factories in China such as WISCO, Baosteel and Zhujiang steel factories all year round to ensure that the most satisfactory raw materials are obtained at the lowest price, to lay a foundation for product quality and price.
