Safety technical operation specification for 2T single-arm crane
I. Single-arm lifting weight is 2T, it is strictly prohibited to exceed this weight.
2. The personnel of the outside unit shall not use the equipment without the permission of the district mechanical and electrical team, otherwise all accidents will be taken responsibility by themselves.
Three, the operator must hold a certificate to work, is strictly prohibited to drive without a license, before driving carefully check the winch brake is flexible and reliable, each part of the lubricating oil is sufficient. Whether the wear of the wire rope exceeds the limit, whether the rope head is fixed firmly, when the wire rope is found out of the pulley, it must be reset immediately, and check whether the ground anchor, hook, lifting arm, lifting chain is damaged.
4. When driving, the operator will brake the drum, loosen the big gear, press the start button in the corresponding direction, make the winch idling, and then put the big gear brake, gradually loosen the drum brake, make the winch work normally.
Five, stop the brake position reel, loosen the big gear brake, friends and make the winch idling, and the press the stop button to stop the motor.
Six, the single-arm hanging in the lower object, must be electric operation, to prevent speeding, after the driver finished the work, must brake dead drum, switch the handle to stop position, and at the same time cut off the power supply of the indoor winch.
