Q:How long is the machine warranty?
A:It's 12 months from B/L date. Each machine will be testing for at least 48 hours and get a warranty hangtag before packing and delivery.

A:Each machine has instruction book. We also offer video support. Learning in our factory is for free. We can also send technician to your factory with cost if needed.

A:We accept EXW, FOB XIAMEN and CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
