FAQ

Q: Is the ladder easy to intall?

A: Our ladder is in fully assembled condition when shipped, you only need to tighten the four screws according to the installation instructions in the time of installation. Very easy!

If still not able to do it, please contact with us, we will provide assitance of phonecall or video guidance of installation.

Q: What is the difference between manual and auto?

A: Manual: only be operated in the downstairs, can not be operated in the upstairs.
Auto: can be operated both in upstairs and downstairs by using remote control. Ladder can be manually operated when power outage occured.

Q: What is the difference between titanium magnesium alloy and carbon steel?

A: Titanium magnesium alloy is more lighter weight, heavier loading and easier to operate compared to carbon steel.

Q: What is the life time of your ladder?

A: Generally its life time is about 30 years for the use of storage under the circumstances of low using frequency. If in the case of daily use in the bedroom, it could be 5-15 years.

Q: What is the requested opening size?

A: Our standard opening size is 700x900mm,700x1000mm,700x1200mm. 800mm*1000mm 800mm*1200m. If you opending is not in conformity with mentioned sizes, you may contact with us, we will customize for you according to your requirments.
