With its soft texture and a distinctive taste, SLICED CEREAL BREAD combines  the convenience of the 4 single-serve packs containing 2 slices each with the nutritional properties of the 5 grains: rice, corn, buckwheat, teff and quinoa. Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and without milk protein, Lfree guaranteed and certified.

 

INGREDIENT

Water, corn starch, buckwheat flour 6.4%, rice flour, sunflower oil, dextrose, corn flour 2.5%, teff flour 2.5%, quinoa flour 2.5%, extra-virgin olive oil 2.4%, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, psyllium fibre, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; potato protein, pea protein, salt, yeast, flavourings. May contain traces of mustard, lupin and soy. Treated on the surface with ethyl alcohol.
