The grapes used for this wine come from the best vineyards situated on the hills around Castelnuovo Don Bosco, in the Monferrato
district.
These vineyards enjoy south and south-easterly exposure, and are located in calcareous-clay soils of mixed consistency. After soft pressing, the free-run must is kept at a low temperature until the prise de mousse in pressurised tanks, in order to obtain a
sparkling wine which is always fresh and fragrant.
Alcohol: 6.50 % vol
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C
