Product Description
The third-generation HTHP Package Yarn Dyeing Machine is one of Dongbao's highly successful dyeing machine series. It has witnessed Dongbao's continuous development in technology and innovation. The innovative design of the built-in heat exchange coil makes the machine more compact and reduces a lot. Unnecessary piping effectively reduces bath ratio and energy consumption. The chemical tank containing the dosing pump is responsible for uniformly mixing the chemical dyes and injecting the dye solution into the dyeing process in a timely and appropriate amount. This dyeing machine contains two different dyeing processes. The new energy-saving mode uses ultra-low bath ratio dyeing from the inside to the outside of the dye cycle; in the conventional full-cylinder dyeing process, the constant conversion through the commutator is the same It can realize double-cycle dyeing with internal and external alternating to achieve leveling effect. Both of these different staining processes support a minimum of 50% half-load multi-level staining. The latest pressure water press function closes the master cylinder and pressurizes at the end of the dyeing process, then instantly opens the valve and removes the remaining dye liquor by air pressure to reduce the residual dye liquor.
