Q1. Is it original led diode?
A: Yes, we have authorization letters from the authorized distributors, we can provide you with these letters if you need them.

Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, samples order are welcome, to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Samples order within 1-3 days, big order within 3-7 days.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limits for led chip order?
A: Low MOQ for samples order, after the testing of the samples is ok, MOQ for COB is 100 pcs, for SMD Chips, 500 pcs, and MOQ can be negotiable before the order confirmation.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, Aramex, HK EMS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
