Equipment usage
The aluminum-plastic drug picking machine is an automatic tablet picking (peeling) machine for recovering drugs from defective aluminum-plastic blister packaging drug boards. It is connected in sequence with a 304 grade stainless steel housing, a miniature motor, a first-stage reducer, a roller combination, and a guide plate combination particle blocking rubber plate, and an electrical brake switch and a lock-off switch are installed. The micro-motor plus a one-stage reducer drives a set of rollers that simulate the action of manually peeling off the tablets, peeling the entire aluminum-plastic blister plate from the defective packaging board, and separating the drug pellets from the packaging through the guide plate and the pellet stop rubber plate collect.
