To Know HEC
Zhejiang HEC Machinery is the 4th factory of JJ group, located in Taizhou. The first company of our group was founded in 1986. We are focusing on the development of aluminum castings with complex structure, such as Condensing Heat Exchanger for energy industry, Cylinder and Crankcase for automotive industry, Brake system parts for locomotive industry, etc. We have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with several top 500 enterprises in the world. In order to better serve customers, our company has set up a sales & services office, assembly and testing production line and bonded warehouse in belfeld in the Netherlands since 2012. Can provide simple assembly, laboratory testing and convenient warehouse system to shorten the delivery time, as well as solving quality and communication problems on customer's site within a few days.
Our group covers an area of 200.000 square meters, with a production capacity of 70.000 tons annually. We have Tooling-,Casting-, Machining- and Assembly workshops, advanced production equipments and testing equipments, we have about 200 shooting machines from hot and cold core boxes, about 100 horizontal and vertical CNC, and X-ray machine, spectrum analyzers, CMM, mechanical properties testing equipments, etc. We can provide various casting methods such as sand casting, shell casting, gravity casting, low pressure casting and high pressure casting.
