TSP diamond is made from binding agent presenting inert to the diamond and diamond particles under high temperature and high pressure conditions. it has extremely high heat resistance and very high thermal stability.

 

Application:

TSP diamond (thermal stable pollycrystalline) is widely applied in the manufacture of petroleum and geological drill bit , natural diamond polishing etc

 

We use different formulations and processes to produce drill bit polycrystalline and gauge protection polycrystalline under high temperature and high pressure. It has a very high abrasive ratio and the use-cost is very low compared with natural metal and stones. It is ideal materials for geological drill bits and has been adopted by major oilfields and drill bit manufacturers at home and abroad.
