1.What are the different models of car washing machine available for purchase?
ANS: Tunnels and Roll-overs (or gantry) are the most common. Touchless are the ones that wash with high pressure water and without any substantial contact. Roll-over and touchless are also known as in-bay automatics. These three types of car wash systems are suitable for the cleaning of sedan and RV and the other general household vehicles.
For cleaning commercial vehicles such as buses or trucks, there are other dedicated car washing machines.
2.What is the delivery time?
ANS: The delivery time is around 30~60 days after receiving the order confirmation. It depends on the ordered machine model and production schedule arrangement.
3.How to install?
ANS: We will provide the foundation drawings according to the final order confirmation of the machine for the civil work. It will include the electric wire piping, water piping and others.
The installation will be after the foundation was completed. There will be manuals and installation guidance with pictures and videos. For special orders, we will arrange an engineer to assist the installation and commissioning.
4.What is the daily maintenance procedure?
ANS: We will provide a maintenance guide for daily maintenance. The site operator shall execute it accordingly. For example: Chemical supplement, cleaning the surface of photo sensors, remain good sanitation at the site, clean the water filter device (Y-type filter) etc.
5.How to solve errors and malfunctions?
ANS: The error code and error description will be shown on the operation screen. The site operator shall follow the corresponding instruction in the manual. Sometimes there will be situations where the error could not be solved by following the instructions or there is no error code shown on the screen even if something apparently does not work normally. In this case, our machine is installed with an Internet gateway which allows our engineer to connect to the CPU remotely and check the program as long as there is Internet connection at the site. Our engineer will provide instant assist to you.
6.What is the warranty?
ANS: There is 1 year warranty after completion of the installation. This is based on normal use. Situations including abnormal damage or not following the instructions are not protected in the warranty. For instance, damage caused by unstable power supply or natural disasters or other uncontrollable factors.
7.How much will the maintenance cost?
ANS: The maintenance cost varies according to the model, and also depends on the application status, conditions and environmental factors, etc.
8.How can I get repair parts in the future?
ANS: Our company has been in the industry for over 35 years. We will provide parts supply service at any time, so there is no need to worry about purchasing repair parts.
