A:Please follow the operational manual. It is recommended to connect the Internet to the machine, which allows our Engineer to debug remotely.

A:1-year warranty for the machine in general. The POM conveyor belt is guaranteed for 2 years or 300 thousand washes. We suggest preparing common spare parts along with the machine.

A:It is estimated to be 5% of the price in the 2nd year, 6% of the price in the 3rd year, 8% of the price in the 4th year, and under 10% of the price starting from the 5th year under the condition that the maintenance guidance is followed carefully and the machine operates every day non-stop for 8 hours.
