* 15% high-rigidity carbon fiber is added on the basis of LUVOCOM Nylon 12 (PA12), it has higher modulus, higher mechanical strength and higher rigidity, continuous use temperature can reach 120℃, the strength and toughness are also improved.
Recommended Printing Parameters:
* Printing Temperature: 280-300℃
* Bed Temperature: 45-60°C
* Fan Speed: 0%
* Printing Speed: 40-100mm/s
* Recommended Heated Build Platform: Textured Paper, PVP Solid Glue, Glass Platform, Carbon Fiber Platform, PEI
Notice:
* ePA12-CF material are easy to absorb water, please dry it at 70℃ more than12H before printing.
* ePA12-CF is very easy to grind nozzles and extruder gears. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles or ruby nozzles.
Hardened steel extruder gears can be selected if possible. If the throat has been used for a long time, you need to change it.
Recommended to be with the eSUN dryer box and ruby nozzle.
* ePA12-CF is highly rigid, which also means it is easy to break, so please pay attention not to bend the filament when it is in the feeding tube.
