A2:We will charge sample fee, but the sample fee will be returned after the order is placed.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A3:Sample needs 3-10 days, mass production time usually needs 30-40 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 40-50 days.

Q4. How do you handle with quality problems?

A4: We have 18 years' experience and professional quality control team. And we could confirm with our factory, our shipping agent to be accountable for every problem to protect your profits and rights.

Q5: Can we visit your manufacturing site/factory?

A5: Of course. You are more than welcome to visit us at anytime, however, we do ask that you call or email in advance to arrange a visit beforehand.

Q6. How do you ship the orders? A6:Sample is usually sent out by express way (like UPS/DHL/FEDEX) You can select sea way( FCL/LCL) or air way to ship for large quantity order.

Q7: How many min order qty?

A7: Mostly items min order are 10pcs of one style. And we suggest mix order a full container to save ocean freight. You can choice from our website or other Chinese supplier.
