High quality anti raindrop thermal insulation roof sheets PVC PE composite panels is one new designed material for roof or wall.
As the normal PPGI or Aluminum coil for making the roof or wall panel,usually have the problem of Sound conduction and heat transfer.The indoor temperature is greatly affected by the outside，and when rain the sound is very big.
But our new designed material can solve these problems of normal roof or wall panels.So we also call it as anti-Condensation Sheets which is used for condensation and insulation thermal and sound.

High quality anti raindrop thermal insulation roof sheets PVC PE composite panels main composed by the metal basic layer(PPGI or Aluminum) and PE layer.These are the basic two layers.Of course,you can also choose the 4-layer or 6-layer,8-layer panels(Add nano layer)as will add the function of anti-corrosion.

High quality anti raindrop thermal insulation roof sheets PVC PE composite panels is formed by two steps:1.The hot pressing machine make the PPGI (or Aluminum/other metal material)coil together with the PE/PVC or Nano coil.Compared to the old method-glued of forming composite or sandwich material,this method more portable(Full automatic production) and the finished products more stable,have longer service time.
2.The updated roof or wall roll forming machine-specifically designed for composite material roll forming the coil to the sheet you want.
