1. What information should I provide you for inquiry?
You can provide us your requirement / 2D/3D drawing / sample and your demand quantity. we will offer you based on this information. The more information you provide the quotation will be accurate.
2. Can I have a sample order for evaluation?
Definitely Yes. Welcome your sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
3. What is the MOQ?
For stocks, low MOQ is available.
4. How to proceed an order?
Step1. Let us know your requirements and application.
Step2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Step3. Customer confirms the sample and places deposit for formal order.
Step4. We arrange the production.
5. How about the inspection?
We usually have three steps of the inspection, it included first inspection of the raw material, second inspection during producing, final inspect after finished.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.
7. What's the delivery time
It based on the products quantity, our usual delivery time always control within 4weeks.
8. What’s the package and shipping way?
As usual it will ship by sea. Air way shipment is also optional. The comment packing is carton or as your request.
9. How to save ship cost?
When the parcel less than 100kg, via express company, like UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT etc. When parcel more than 200kg, ship via sea is cheaper.
