The white floor is a solid plastic board specially developed for piglets under 50 kg. The V-shaped slats and curved surface ensure perfect fecal leakage and an easy-to-clean surface. This means that optimal hygiene can be achieved.

The extra height on the slatted floor provides comfort and good grip for the piglets. This ensures that the piglet's legs can develop well. The floor can be perfectly combined with the triangular steel floor to guide and obtain better piglet defecation habits.

The floor is very easy to install. Hot-dip galvanized steel or fiberglass support beams can be used as supports. Since the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet can be equipped with an additional bottom arc support, a large-span design without additional support can be realized. Another option is the height-adjustable plastic legs.

The standard size of slatted floor is 600 x 600 mm. If necessary, the length and width of the floor can be customized.

Applications

1.Piggy
Dip flooring can adopt a self-supporting structure. Different sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. The plastic-dipped floor can be perfectly combined with the triangular steel floor to better control the piglet's defecation habits.

2.Farrowing crate
The dipping floor can be equipped with lying areas on both sides of the sow, and it can be made of dipping, aluminum alloy, polymer concrete and other materials. All types can be equipped with an integrated heating system.

3.Sow
