Q1.What about the lead time?
A:Sample order needs 7-14 days,mass production needs over 30-40 days.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for Order?
A: Low MOQ, mixed product for an order is available.
Q3:How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive.
A:Our usual practise of shipment is sea way(about 20-30 days) and air way(about 7 days).
Q4.Is it able to print my logo on product.
A:Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5.How about your packing?
A: All lamps are packed in 5-ply export carton with strong paper board and foam,suitable for express delivery. Wooden crates with additional cost is workable.
Q6.Do you offer guarantee for the products
A.Yes,We offer 2 years warranty for the lamp.
