GR-1 Jacketed Pilot Plant Reactors
● All glass components are high borosilicate glass 3.3, with excellent physical and chemical properties.
● It can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (- 80 ℃).
● It can work under the pressure of - 0.1 MPa ~ 0.0 MPa.
● Anti corrosion discharge valve designed for discharge at the side without effusion.
● The main frame is made of SUS304 with strong corrosion resistance.
● Equipped with SUS304 material tray to prevent environmental pollution.
● Imported mixer head, LED digital display of mixing speed, high control precision and stable operation.
● The imported mixing bearing can prevent the mixing rod from wearing and scraping, with good sealing effect and long service life.
● It adopts PT100 temperature sensor with high temperature control precision, made of SUS304 material, coated with PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.
● Impeller type agitator, Teflon agitator blade; The mixing rod is made of SUS304, which is wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
