Automatic CIP cleaning system
Equipment introduction
The automatic CIP cleaning system is suitable for on-site cleaning of material pipeline equipment in dairy factories, breweries, beverage and general food factories. The main material is high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. The system is composed of alkali tank, acid tank, water tank, pipeline and pneumatic valve, conductivity meter (optional), discharge pump, heat exchange system and control system. It uses centrifugal pump to transport cleaning solution for forced circulation in material pipeline and equipment to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Introduction to control system
The system has an independent control system, adopts PLC programming control, and the color man-machine interface touch screen displays the whole cleaning process and various control parameters. The temperature of cleaning solution can be set, the pH in the tank can be set, the cleaning time can be set, the cleaning sequence can be set, and the pH of cleaning reflux can be set to realize the following automatic control:
