FAQ
1.Do you provide free samples ?
A:Dear customers, as usual, samples will be charged and sent by freight collect. But , for some stock items, we can provide you free sample, and you only need to pay for the delivery cost.
2.What is your delivery time ?
A:Generally.In off-season, Within 10-25days after receiving the customers' deposit.We will delivery goods as soon as we can for customers for we know time is money.
3.If the light brightness is dim or total off, how to handle it?
A: It proves that the power of solar light battery is not enough to support normal lighting, in this case, the solar light needs to be charged for 2-3 days under strong sunlight. It may needlonger time to charge in winter as the sunlight intensity is much below the standard.
4.Is LVD contained in your CE certificate?
A: The LVD directive is only applied for those electrical appliances which are working at the voltage of 50-1000V(AC) and 75-1500V(Direct Current). Obviously, the LVD directive can’t be applied for our items. So The CE certificate we provide is applicative for Europe market.
5. For the RoHs certificate, can they pass the heavy metal, PAH, Phthalate test?
A : The materials of our products are all environmental-friendly. There are no harmful composition such as heavy metal, PAH,Phthalate. So the RoHs certificate we provide is also applicative for Europe market.
6.What's the package for your items?
A: So far, most of our products are with neutral kraft paper box as follow. During our transaciton with our customers, most of them prefer to the paper box for their mail-order. It's strong enough for shipping.
