The Air Conditioning Hose is composed with Barrier, Friction, braided Reinforcement layer and Cover. The Barrier is used to transfer liquid under pressure, Friction layer to protect the wire, reinforcement and cover layer to increase the pressure of the pipe.
Multilayers air conditioning tubing are made of EPDM/CR/CSM , intermediate layer of EPDM/ IIR/CSM and outer layer of EPDM. The three compounds were optimised for bonding, physical properties and cure characteristics.
