The Long-bag Low-pressure Pulse Bag Dust Filter is a large-scale high-efficiency dust filter with advanced technology, which has the characteristics of large capacity, good dust removal effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and small floor area. The dust filterr has excellent performance and can be used for air purification and material recovery in metallurgy, electric power, building materials, mining, cement, chemical industry, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boiler and other industries. It is mainly composed of truss, ash hopper, middle box, upper box, air blowing device, ladder, air inlet, air outlet and PLC control system.
Products Description
The top of the upper box is designed with slope, the edge of the sealing cover is higher than the top surface of the upper box ≥60mm, and the sealing material is 1613 soft rubber to prevent water accumulation. The upper cabinet of dust collector is assembled as a whole in the equipment manufacturing plant, and the box is assembled on the platform. Reasonable welding process is adopted to reduce welding deformation, so that the flatness of the bottom surface of the upper box is less than 1 mm/m.
The spray pipe adopts a quick joint device, and the bolt is used to position it well after the assembly in the plant meets the requirements. The nozzle and ejector are of pulse injection structure, which is made of top pressure flanging to meet the requirements of long bag low-pressure pulse ash cleaning. The energy consumption of ash cleaning is saved. The injection device is polished smoothly to ensure high jet energy. The hole diameter deviation is less than 0.05mm, and there is no deformation. Good flatness, self-locking sealing device is adopted at the bag mouth to ensure no leakage and convenient assembly and disassembly. The frame of filter bag is made by multi-point welding production line controlled by microcomputer. There is no burr, welding scar, missing welding and other phenomena on the surface of the filter bag (the desoldering of cage bone is about 1/10000), which provides a guarantee for extending the service life of the filter bag. In order to replace the filter bag conveniently, the filter bag is equipped with spring expansion ring clasp.
