Products Description

Solenoid Pulse Valve is a double diaphragm fast pulse valve used in pulse bag dust removal equipment under low pressure air source pressure. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection controller, the filter bag is sprayed row by row to clean the dust to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

The air inlet of the DMKY electromagnetic pulse valve is directly installed on the air bag, so it is called a submerged pulse valve. Its remarkable characteristics are: low gas resistance in the pipe, can be applied to low-pressure gas source, low energy
consumption for cleaning, strong explosive force, good cleaning effect, stable operation, compared with high-pressure valve, can reduce energy consumption and extend the use of diaphragm life.

Working principle

The solenoid valve receives the signal of the control instrument, opens the piston rod, the gas in chamber A is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust hole, the pressure in chamber A drops, the small diaphragm moves up, and the chamber B is
opened, and the gas in chamber B passes through the exhaust hole When the pressure in chamber B drops, the large diaphragm moves upwards, opening the nozzle of the blowing tube in the air bag, and the gas in the air bag is instantly sprayed into the cloth bag through the blowing pipe for dust removal. After that, the solenoid valve exhaust port is closed, The diaphragm and the large diaphragm move down, and the pressure in the A and B chambers are balanced. Under the action of the spring, the large diaphragm pushes the nozzle of the nozzle tightly to complete a pulse cleaning.
