2. Appearance and components
A50 is an all-in-one printer
The main components of A50 thermal transfer printer are as follows
(1) The printer body, including the printed circuit board, drive system, and thermal transfer print head.
(2) The ribbon cassette of the printer body is equipped with a ribbon unwinding spool and a ribbon winding spool.
(3) Connecting cables for the power and control of the print head.

3. Printer type
A50 thermal transfer printer is an intermittent continuous all-in-one machine
(1) Intermittent printing mode
1) In intermittent printing mode, printing will be performed when the material is fixed.
2) The printing area in intermittent printing mode is 53*75mm or 32*75mm, and the printing speed is 50 to
600mm/s.
3) During the static period when the packaging material is in a fixed state, the information can be printed by moving the print head
4) In the discontinuous mode, the printer can print text and bar codes on any position within the printing area of 53mm wide and 75mm long or 32mm wide and 75 mm long.
(2) Continuous printing mode
1) The printing area of the printer in this mode is 53*300mm or 32mm*300mm, and the printing speed is
50 to 600mm/s.
2) When in continuous motion mode, place the print head in a fixed position and accelerate the ribbon to
Bottom speed matching.
3) Use the encoder to determine the speed of the printed material.
4) In this mode, the printer can print an area of 53mm wide and 300mm long or 32mm wide and 300mm long.
Print text, bar codes, etc. on any position within.
5) Use the thermal transfer print head and thermal transfer ribbon to print the information on the substrate tightly attached to the roller.
