such fabric are usually used for backpack, mattress, tent, baby carriages, travelling luggage, bag ,etc.,also workable for work wear , protective cloth,jacket and so on ,It's very strong and in high abrasion resistant , can be used widely in many fields.
NOTE:
1.this fabric is certificated nylon 6.6 cordura and with PU coating and in waterproof function , it's offered with the cordura trade mark, except for PU coating buyer also can do with other finishes like camouflage print, TPU ,TPE, PVC ,etc.
2.if need the cheaper cost , could use the ordinary nylon 6 cordura quality .
such fabric is in good performance and can pass the regular testing like color fastness, shrinkage, tear strength, abrasion ,etc.,we can do the test and offer the report according to buyer's standard, SGS, Intertek, TUV ,BV and so on are all workable for us to
proceed with the test.

1. generally 50-200 meters are rolled into one pack, the quantity of one roll depend on the thickness and weight of the fabric, the unified quantity per roll are workable .
2. every roll is covered with the transparent plastic bag outside and put into a white thick bag finally.
3. special packing requirement or customization is workable, need to be discussed before order.
4. LCL or Container goods by sea or air shipment are all workable , the close port is Shanghai , other more ports like Ningbo are workable too, just pls advise before order.

1.Lab dips
Buyer offer the color cuttings or color code like pantone , usually need to take about 4-6 days to make the lab dips.
2.Strike off sample
Buyer give the pattern sample cutting or offer the design artwork in paper or in the digital file like Photoshop,Illustrator,Coreldraw,etc.( the resolution of the digital picture is better no less than 300 dpi), usually need to take about 6-10 days to make the strike off sample.
3.Hand loom sample
Buyer give the quality sample and pattern design artwork , usually need to take about 7-14 days to make the hand

MOQ is flexible ,depend on what kind of fabric is , generally the digital print fabric can be 1 meter to work, the screen print fabric is 1500 meter to work , the solid fabric is 1000 meter per color to work, most of items under MOQ are workable too but just take more surcharge , for more details pls contact with our sale person.
