Product Description
The vibrating screen works with the reciprocating vibration generated by the vibration of the oscillator. The upper rotating heavy hammer of the vibrator makes the screen surface gyratory vibration, and the lower rotating heavy hammer makes the sieve surface produce the cone surface and vibrate. The effect of the combined action makes the screen face the complex rotation vibration. Its vibrational trajectory is a complex space curve. The curve is projected horizontally into a circle, while the projection on the vertical plane is elliptical. By adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower rotating weights, the amplitude can be changed. Adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the shape of the trajectory of the sieve surface and change the trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
Vibrating screen is mainly divided into linear vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen and high frequency vibrating screen. Vibrating screen can be divided into single shaft vibrating screen and double shaft vibrating screen according to the type of vibrator.
